Soft, wholesome sandwich bread made with freshly milled whole wheat flour. The grain is milled fresh before baking, keeping the bran, germ and endosperm together in every loaf.
Made in small batches in Laval with simple ingredients and no refined sugar.
Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or simply enjoyed with butter. 🍞
Ingredients
Freshly milled whole wheat flour, water, honey, olive oil, egg, sunflower lecithin, yeast, salt.
Contains: Wheat, egg.
How It's Made
I start with whole wheat berries and mill them fresh for every batch. Nothing is sifted out or removed. Within minutes of milling, the fresh flour goes straight into the dough. Each batch is then mixed, shaped and baked in small batches in my home kitchen.
Bake & Pickup
Baked fresh on Fridays and available for pickup on Saturdays in Vimont, Laval. You’ll receive an order confirmation with the pickup address, followed by another message when your bread is fresh, ready and waiting for you. 🍞
Storage & Freshness
Best enjoyed fresh. Once home, store your bread in your preferred bread bag or airtight container and enjoy within a few days. I personally love reusable beeswax bread bags for mine. For longer storage, slice and freeze, then take out only what you need.
